Wednesday 05-06-09 Host: George Noory Guest: Katherine Albrecht US Census Concerns In the last hour, consumer privacy advocate Katherine Albrecht shared an update on the current US census plan which incorporates tagging homes with GPS readings. Data collection is being done by some 140000 workers for the 2010 census, and she expressed concern that some of the information they are gathering could be misused by the government.

It didn’t last long…
“In a stunning reversal of her earlier decision, a federal judge has dismissed a case that would have prevented the federal government from taking criminal action against those who refuse to answer questions demanded by the U.S. Census Bureau, beyond what is required by the U.S. Constitution.
Judge Melinda Harmon of the U.S. District Court in Houston, Texas, wrote in a 35-page statement, “The Court finds that there is no basis for holding Census 2000 unconstitutional.”

I’m only answering one question. How many are there in your household? This is all theU.S. Constitution calls for. We need to stand up against this intrusion by the Federal Government.

You are ‘preaching to the choir’, my friend. I am of the same conviction and will certainly do my part as well!

I actually watched your video earlier today, and I’m anxiously awaiting the next series in this saga. You know, the one when the ACORN (Obama Drones) actually show up at your door step drilling for your family vitals.
Don’t disappoint us, bro! Shove that camera directly in their face so we’re able to witness you testing their resolve.

@fred1671

Census 2010 is Anti-American and Anti-Freedom. The information gathered WILL BE USED AGAINST THE PEOPLE! The Pagans running this census could use it to gather information on Christians. 4AM wakeup call and a ride to a FEMA deathcamp – BEWARE!

No state nor the federal constitution provides authority to collect private information.

“Constitutionally, I am required to tell them ONLY how many people are in my home…..”
Where in the constitution is this expressed? Try again fed.
by FoeRavisher, on 03.13.10 @ 9:36 am
NO ONE GIVES A SHIT WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU LIVE! iT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO BOMB YOUR WHOLE COMMUNITY THAN TO TRACK 10% OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE FOR MORE THAN A DAY. THE GOVERNMENT IS CHEAP, AND COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. (pyscho’s)

damn FoeRavisher, take your meds. psycho.
by xapoc666x, on 03.16.10 @ 12:44 pm
@FoeRavisher you really dont have a clue about reality do you son? its so that they can catagorize you into different groups from sheeple, patriots and people who are aware. so that when martial law comes down its easier for their enforcers and deamons to take you and put you where they think you need to be. think of nazi germany. there are so many similarities its scary.

There is a follow-up (double check system) to make sure all data is correct. Saves tax money if verification can be done by telephone instead of a personal visit. Congresspeople start arguing about the census being wrong, and all efforts to do a correct census must be covered.

Public is not private. private is not public. the USPS gives addresses that are public so that anyone with an address like 133 ridge road is creating easement to convert a once private rural route 2 where people had a right to the land Via land grant, or land patent. but because you live literally on the street you have not protection from the public

at 4:30 that only to count head period!!! nothing more.. nothing less and i will not take this a guy or girl shows up at my house will either be shot or stabbed for asking me these questions about anything.
by thi711, on 05.03.10 @ 12:11 am
They’re doing this census so that they can gather personal questions about everyone, who they know, and where they are. They’re using these census so that they can round everyone up into these FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS!!! Wake the fuck up America!! They are now at our doorsteps and people are still not aware of what’s going on. Remember those 120,000 Japanese who got rounded up during Pearl Harbot?? That was UNCONSTITUATIONAL!!!!
by streetracer4387, on 05.06.10 @ 6:21 pm
Wow that all just happened to min like 10 mins ago lol.. they came up to me asking for my neighbors information across the street but i didnt give them any haha
by martinc1987, on 05.16.10 @ 5:22 am
some people are just too paranoid! lol this “gps” just lets the census know that the worker actually went to the house versus sitting in his car writing up fake questionnaires! AND NOT ALL WORKERS USE THE GPS SYSTEMS
by nitrostang50, on 05.16.10 @ 5:45 am
its none of the governments fucking business what or who lives in your house,or if you have a mortgage or not.,lets all take a stand against these nazi cocksuckers.
by mysticblack111, on 05.16.10 @ 7:53 pm
Why do we get fined if this is agenst the constitution anyway? It’s like being forced to do something illegal and having to pay if you dont break the law… Use your 5th ammendmant rights!
